ABOUT ME
My name is Anton Maxwell-Jones.
I grew up in Japan. Moved to Australia at 13 after my parents split. Spent my teens angry, lost, and trying to figure out who I was.
At 17, I got hit at a party and felt completely powerless. That was the shift. I started training. Got obsessed. Hired my first coach.
Over the past 8+ years, I've dedicated myself to resistance training and learning from world-class coaches. I competed in bodybuilding and placed 3rd at the IFBB QLD show in 2023. I also completed a full 42.2km marathon in December 2024.
Personally, I lost 12kg in 16 weeks while building muscle. Professionally, I've guided over 500 people and helped deliver 100+ visible transformations.
I've also crashed. Burnt out. Stepped away and almost quit coaching entirely. But I came back—because this is the thing I'm supposed to do.
I'm not here to sell you perfection. I still enjoy a beer. I don't train seven days a week. But I do have systems that work. And if you show up and follow through, you'll change your life.
