I hear you. You don't know me, I don't know you.
I think it's time to change that.
Let me start by telling you who I used to be.
I used to be a skinny kid who got hit at a party and felt completely powerless.
I began training to get stronger, to never feel like that again.
What I thought would be a few months of work turned into a life-long obsession.
The gym has taught me more about life than any school or university course ever did.
It taught me resilience, consistency, discipline, and how to show up even when I didn't feel like it.
The body that came with it was a bonus. I was hooked.
From transforming my own body many times over, I dived deep into training and nutrition like my life depended on it.
I became a qualified personal trainer, competed in bodybuilding and placed 3rd at the IFBB QLD show in 2023 - a line-up I supposedly "never had a chance" in. I also completed a full marathon in December 2024.
But I've also crashed. Burnt out. Stepped away and almost quit coaching entirely.
I came back because this is what I'm supposed to do.
There's an unspoken respect for those who have a strong and lean body.
The way you carry yourself, how you speak to people, and even how you perceive yourself improves from exercise and self-care.
It's not just about looking good - it's about living a long and beautiful quality of life, showing up for those around you with energy and purpose for as long as you can.
I truly believe building a confident body is the foundation for everything else.
Your leadership. Your relationships. Your legacy.
Having a strong and lean body isn't a luxury - it's a responsibility.
